I'm a food writer, cooking instructor, nutrition consultant and Psychology of Eating coach in Boulder. I've written five books and hundreds of recipes and articles for national and local magazines, and recently developed the "Inspired Eats" iPhone app, a collection of recipes and healthy eating tips for every diet. I'm also a co-founder of Boulder Soup Works, and an instructor at Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition, and I teach workshops and classes in the community, including the Feast, Don't Fast detox program.
